Reservation Policies
* The minimum age for check-in is 21.
* Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
* Children under the age of 18 stay for free. An Extra adult charge of $20 per night plus taxes.
* A Damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a Cash or Credit Card payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.
* No-Shows and early departures will be charged 100% of original total stay amount. NO REFUNDS.
* Non guest visitors must register at the office.
* Non guest visitors are not allowed in the property from: 11 P.M To 6 A.M any visitors who stay passed this hours will be ask to leave the Property.
* Activities detrimental to comfort and safety of other guest will result in loss of room without Refund.
* Cars must be registered when checking in. Unregistered cars will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.
* Swimming pool use for registered guest only. Visitors are not allowed to use the Swimming pool.
* Housekeeping is provided daily. Although some may not want housekeeping, it is our policy to clean the room every 3 days which means the housekeeping will need to come in regardless.
* Property is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items. should any guest loose personal belongings while staying here, if recovered, the item will be recorded as found. property will ship items back at the owner’s expense. any items in the lost & found, which are not claimed within 30 days, will be discarded.
* Smoking is restricted in all the rooms.
* Office Hours are from: 8:00 am To 9:00 pm ( In Season ) There is no after hours reception at this property.
